Facility Management program
Facility management (FM) means much more than controlling buildings or providing maintenance services. There is a continuously growing need for professionals who have practical training as well as suitable managerial skills. Additionally, modern facility managers should be able to demonstrate a customer-oriented and process-based approach during their daily work, in order to organically fit facility management tasks into other company activities.
Training objectives:
to gain in-depth understanding of the facility management tasks and master the related managerial/leadership skills.

professionals working in the field of facility management and other related fields, who would like to increase their work effectiveness and the safety of their supervised area by receiving up-to-date working knowledge of facility management.

2. module: The Building Process-New Investments, Remodelling, Rebuilding The building process – new investments, remodelling, rebuilding
3. module: Basic Services of Facility Management Basic services of facility management – safety, crisis management, disaster recovery management, labour safety, renter management, safety systems
4. module: Service Management Service management – procurement; cost effective solutions, on-site visit, maintenance;
5. module: Legal Background of Facility Management, Practical Issues The legal background of facility management, practical issues – the theory and practice of contracting, communication skills
6. module: Tasks of Property Management, Property Utilization Tasks of property management; property utilisation
7. module: Asset Management, Data Management Asset management; data management - IT support for facility management learning about CAFM products
